Doctor or no doctor🤔

After months of trying this product and that products (all miracles right 🙄) I decided it may be time to seek out a holistic doctor since my dermatologists only wanted to put me on strong medications *shudders*.

Searching and searching only to feel like this ---->>

Then I felt like I won the lottery after searching for dayzzz and days I found who was supposed to be the BEST naturopathic doctor for women hormones in Australia *damn it* I can't fly there for a doctor.  Long story short he does video visits so I was sold after reaching out and asking him 1,500 questions.  Here is my naturopath if you are having women issues he is your guy.  You can talk period and hormones with him just like a bestie 👍 (not an affiliate link) http://www.healthyremedies.com.au/

So essentially to check your hormone levels a saliva test is the BEST way because you do the sames multiple times throughout the day and send it off to a lab.  I'm going to show my direct results that we received from the lab showing my cortisol and other levels.  Leading up to the hormone test I removed the Nexplanon implant from my arm well the doctor removed it I should say, then waited a few months for my period to regulate and become normal, then sent in the saliva samples to the lab.  This process took from August when I removed the Nexplanon and I sent the samples in December.  Interesting results but pretty much what I was feeling.

 My results showed that:
  •  cortisol was super low which explained me waking up tired ALL the damn time and unable to handle stress (literally stress made me want to rage... RAGE..
  • My DHEA needed to come down to a normal range.
  • My melatonin was very high but I still wasn't falling asleep or getting enough sleep so meditation could help with that so that my brain could just SHUT THEE HELL DOWN 😴
Next blog post we will talk herbs/vitamins and best of all FOOD...

Talk to you soon,

Ki
